WANGPAILI is the water-soluble label division of Dongguan Shengtian Printing. We have been coating and printing dissolvable stock since 2009, and it is the only thing we do.

Why we only make one thing
Most label printers treat water-soluble stock as an occasional job. It punishes that. The material is hygroscopic, its tension window is narrow, and the wrong varnish will quietly push the dissolution time from forty seconds to four minutes without changing how the label looks.
So we stopped doing everything else. The pressroom is humidity-controlled for this material, the ink sets are chosen for it, and the dissolution laboratory is twenty metres from the press. When a batch drifts, we know the same day rather than after your line stops.

Shengtian Printing founded in Houjie, Dongguan, as a commercial label printer.
- 2014
First water-soluble paper contract for a regional brewery's returnable bottle line.
- 2017
In-house solution coating line commissioned; the company stops buying face stock.
- 2020
Dissolution laboratory opened; batch-level release certification becomes standard.
- 2023
PVA film extrusion partnership; unit-dose and detergent film added to the range.
- 2026
WANGPAILI launched as the dedicated water-soluble brand, exporting to over 40 markets.
