01Who is responsible

This website is operated by Dongguan Shengtian Printing Co., Ltd. (brand: WANGPAILI), Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

02What you send us

When you submit the enquiry form we store what you typed — name, email address, phone, company, country, the product you asked about, your message — plus the page you submitted from, the site language, and the IP address of the request.

The IP address is kept only to rate-limit the form; without it the inbox fills with automated spam. Everything else is used to answer you and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with anyone outside the company, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries stay in the admin inbox until you ask us to delete them.

03Visit statistics

We count visits on our own server. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script anywhere on the site.

For each page view we record:

• the path of the page and the date;
• the hostname of the referring site (for example "google.com"), never the full referring URL and never its query string;
• a coarse classification of the user agent, so that search-engine and AI crawlers can be counted separately from people.

Unique visitors are counted without storing anything that identifies you. We take a random salt that is regenerated every day, combine it with the IP address and user agent, hash the result, and store only the hash. The raw IP address is never written to disk, and because the salt changes daily the same visitor cannot be recognised across two days — not by us, and not by anyone who obtained the data.

These aggregated daily counts are deleted automatically after 180 days.

04Cookies and local storage

The public site sets no cookies at all, so there is no cookie banner to click.

Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage under the key "wpl-lang" so that the site opens in the same language next time. It never leaves your browser, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

One cookie exists on this domain: the session cookie for our own staff login at /admin. It is set only after a successful login, is marked HttpOnly, and expires after seven days.

05Third parties

Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain. There is no CDN font, no social widget and no advertising network.

Two external services are involved in normal operation:

• Google Search Console. We read our own search-performance data from it. This is a read-only connection from our server to Google; it sends Google nothing about you that your use of Google Search had not already sent.
• An SMTP mail provider, which delivers the notification email when you submit an enquiry. Your enquiry content passes through it in the same way any email would.

Search-engine and AI crawlers are allowed to read the public pages. That is how the site appears in search results and in AI answers; it involves none of your data.

06Where the data is and how it is protected

Enquiries and statistics live in a single database file on the server that runs this site, reachable only over an encrypted connection and an authenticated admin login. Backups are held for operational recovery and are subject to the same retention rules.

07Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide it in a portable form, and you can object to our processing it. Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will act within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or the UK: our lawful bases are your request itself (steps taken at your request before entering a contract) for enquiry data, and legitimate interest for spam prevention and for aggregated, non-identifying visit statistics. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

08Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, we update this page and the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
