Fully Dissolvable Adhesive Label
Face and glue both go. Nothing to scrape.
Series WB-300 · Adhesive systems
Lifts off whole in the caustic bath. No ink bleed.
Engineered for returnable glass: the label survives filling, condensation and cold-chain handling, then releases intact within seconds in a 1.5–3 % caustic bath at 60–85 °C. It floats off in one piece so the wash line screens it out instead of clogging on pulp.
Releases whole — never turns to pulp
Survives 24 h ice-water immersion
No adhesive film left on glass
Face and glue both go. Nothing to scrape.
Sticks at −20 °C. Dissolves at +40 °C.
Prints like paper. Vanishes like sugar.
